1. Program Description

AUTONOMi Tech LLC ("AUTONOMi") operates a customer-care and account-notification SMS program for dealership clients of the AUTONOMi marketing platform. Messages are sent from toll-free number +1 (855) 408-8898 and are tied to the mobile number you provide during sign-up.

This page describes how you opt in, what messages you will receive, how often, how to stop, and how to get help. It exists to make our SMS practices fully transparent to dealers, regulators, and carriers reviewing our toll-free verification.

2. How You Opt In

Opt-in is a two-step (double opt-in) process and is never automatic. You must do all of the following:

  1. Visit our sign-up page at goautonomi.com/sign-up.
  2. Enter your mobile phone number into the "Phone" field on the lead-capture form.
  3. Check the box labeled "Text me too — I want SMS updates from AEGIS". The box is disabled until a phone number is present, so a blank submission cannot accidentally opt in.
  4. Submit the form. We then send a one-time confirmation SMS to the number you provided.
  5. Reply YES to that confirmation SMS. Your number is only fully opted in after we receive your YES reply.

By checking this box and providing my mobile number, I agree to receive recurring SMS messages from AUTONOMi about my account, performance updates, and platform alerts (~5 msgs/month). Msg & data rates may apply. I'll receive a one-time confirmation text — reply YES to confirm, STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

A timestamped audit record of your consent — including the IP address, user-agent, the exact disclosure wording above, and the YES confirmation reply — is retained per TCPA recordkeeping rules.

3. What Messages You Will Receive

After you complete the double opt-in, AUTONOMi may send you SMS messages in three categories:

  • Account notifications — sign-in confirmations, integration connection alerts (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft), monthly performance summaries.
  • Operational alerts — campaign pause notifications, budget threshold warnings, video render completions, OEM offer expirations, billing reminders.
  • Customer support replies — responses to questions you send to our toll-free number, generated by AEGIS (our AI agent) or written by a human team member.

Representative sample messages:

  • "AUTONOMi: Your April performance summary is ready — Google Ads spent $4,820 of $5,000. View it at app.goautonomi.com/reports. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
  • "AUTONOMi: Heads up — your Toyota Camry campaign hit 90% of its monthly budget. AEGIS recommends a $400 lift to maintain pace. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
  • "AUTONOMi: New OEM offer just published for your dealership. AEGIS will fold it into next week's creative. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

4. Frequency

You will receive approximately 5 messages per month from the account-notification and operational-alert categories. Customer-support replies are sent only in response to questions you originate.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may applyper your mobile carrier's plan. AUTONOMi does not charge a fee for SMS messages. Standard US/Canada SMS rates from your carrier apply to both messages we send you and messages you send to our toll-free number.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to immediately unsubscribe. We honor the following keywords as opt-out per CTIA and carrier guidelines: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further marketing or operational messages unless you opt back in by repeating the sign-up flow above.

8. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only to deliver the SMS messages described in Section 3. We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS delivery provider; Twilio acts as a processor on our behalf under a standard data-processing agreement and does not use your number for its own marketing.

9. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain SMS conversation history (inbound and outbound messages, opt-in and opt-out timestamps, and consent audit trail) for the duration of your account relationship with AUTONOMi and as required by TCPA recordkeeping rules.

You may request export or deletion of your SMS history at any time by emailing privacy@autonomitech.com per the data-rights section of our Privacy Policy.
